Sravanthi Papisetti DDS, MS

Dr. Papisetti's journey into the world of periodontics and implant dentistry spans continents, bringing a rich cultural perspective and a wealth of knowledge to our practice. Born and raised in India, she embarked on her dental journey at the Kamineni Institute of Dental Sciences, earning her Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Her initial years in India laid a strong foundation in dentistry, where she practiced for over three years before moving to the United States to advance her expertise in the periodontics field.

 

Dr. Papisetti's pursuit of excellence led her to the University of Connecticut, where she completed an international Fellowship in Advanced Periodontics. She further honed her skills at West Virginia University, obtaining a Master of Science in Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery. Her training didn't just stop at academic accolades; it extended into advanced periodontal procedures, encompassing everything from atraumatic extractions and mucogingival surgeries to cutting-edge implant techniques.

 

With nearly five years of experience in private practice across India and the United States, Dr. Papisetti possesses a profound ability to diagnose and treat complex periodontal diseases. Her expertise is not limited to periodontal surgery and dental implants; she is also proficient in moderate conscious sedation, ensuring patient comfort while providing high-quality care.

 

Dr. Papisetti believes in lifelong learning. Her commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in periodontal care is evidenced by her active participation in Continuing Education courses. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology since May 2023 and holds memberships in several prestigious organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, and local dental societies in Indiana and Virginia.

 

When not in the clinic, Dr. Papisetti enjoys a fulfilling personal life, spending quality time with her family, baking, hiking, and exploring new places. Her interests reflect a balance between her professional dedication and her passion for life's simple pleasures.
